Clients may cancel a session by providing notice.

Recommended structure:

• More than 72 hours before session: 75% Refund
   
• 24–72 hours before session: 50% Refund
   
• Less than 24 hours before session: full session fee
   

If RES Photography cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or refund.

By booking a session with RES Photography, the client agrees to:

1. Arrive at the agreed time and location.
    
2. Provide accurate contact information.
    
3. Pay all required booking fees and travel costs.
    
4. Respect copyright ownership of images.
    

RES Photography retains copyright for all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted personal-use rights unless commercial licensing is arranged.

RES Photography is based in GU6 (United Kingdom).

Travel within 10 miles of GU6 is included in the session price.

For locations beyond 10 miles, travel will be charged at:

£0.45 per mile (45p per mile) for the total distance travelled.

Travel costs must be paid in addition to the session booking fee.

If a client refuses or fails to pay the travel cost:

• the session may be cancelled
   
• the full session fee will still be charged
